DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES (Blue)

Run the battery down until it turns completely off then recharge.   This should fix the issue.  If not, submit a warranty request on our website.  We will email you a return label at no cost to you to send the battery into LithiumHub for repair.

Hook a lead acid, AGM or Lithium battery that is approximately 1/2 charged with jumper cables, positive to positive, negative to negative to the dead lithium battery.  This allows it to detect voltage.  Plug in a charger that is hooked to the lithium battery and allow them to charge a minimum of one hour.  After one hour remove the jumper battery and allow the charger to complete the charge.

Battery is dead.  Hook to the charger and start the charging process.  May have to use a jumper battery procedure if the charger doesn’t start charging on its own.

When all batteries are charged, look at the voltage of all batteries.  If you have 14v or more, they are 100% charged.  If one battery is less, it will not last as long as the other 2 batteries.  That bank could be going bad on the charger.

Most of the time it is because the battery purchased was too small. Contact customer service to determine the proper size for your needs.

Separate your batteries before install so only one shows up on the app at a time.  Rename that battery on the app.  (Label each battery, if you prefer, for future reference)  

***If Batteries are already installed, take the charger off all batteries but one.  Plug in charger.  Find the battery on your app that is charging and rename it.***

STARTER BATTERIES (Red)

Charge battery to 100% and after charge is complete, long press the button on top of battery for 15 seconds.  Battery will stay on until you turn it off by the app.

There are two apps depending on the type of battery you have. Ionic deep cycle batteries are blue and run off the Ionic Blue Batteries App. Starter batteries are red and run off the Ionic Red Batteries App.  You must install/download the Ionic RED Battery App. Search the Apple or Google app store for Ionic Red Battery App and install.

Wrong size, too small of battery.  Call Technical support for help finding the right  size battery to meet your needs.

CHARGERS

Charger has a 72-hour built in time out.  Unplug then re-plug charger back in.  It will then continue to charge if needed.

Check fuse on that bank being sure it’s not blown
