Return Policy

30-Day Hassle-free Returns

Any Product sold and shipped through LithiumHub.com with the 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns is eligible for free returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping Labels

A prepaid return label will be created during the return process within the applicable 30-Day Hassle-Free period. Outside the 30-Day Hassle-Free period a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method after the original product has been received.

Replacements

Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped after the original product has been received. If LithiumHub no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is out of stock, LithiumHub will issue you a refund.

Products eligible for a replacement may only be replaced with the same product. We currently do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different products.

Upgrades

Your order is eligible for upgrades within the 30-Day Hassel Free period.  The purchase price of the original product will be applied at the time of upgrade to the purchase of the new product.

Contact LithiumHub to process your upgrade.  Payments will be processed at the time of upgrade.  Once the returned product has been received your upgraded product will be shipped.

Product-Specific Returns

Bundle Purchases - Bundles are multiple products sold at a discounted price. When requesting a refund, you must return the entire bundle.

Purchases Made through LithiumHub Dealers

Purchases made through our dealers will need the original order number from LithiumHub. Returns are processed through LithiumHub. Refunds are made through the dealer you purchased the product from.

Overall Return Guidelines

To return a product visit LithiumHub.com and fill out the Return Form. You will receive an email with instructions and return labels. Your RMA number will be on your return label to identify your return. Gather your product(s) and prepare your package for shipping. When your products are packaged securely to protect against damage and ready to ship, attach your return shipping labels to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 14 days. Returned products must be received by LithiumHub.

Products that are received by LithiumHub in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product with a missing, damaged, or altered serial number or warranty label.
  • Any Product that is returned without all original accessories, including retail box, cables and all other products originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged this is not considered a return.
  • Any product which appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Not the same product originally purchased from the lithiumhub.com.

Title

LithiumHub does not take title to returned products until the product arrives at the returns address destination.

Cross-Shipping

We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected, and approved before we ship a replacement.

Refusing Delivery

Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 10% restocking fee.

Interception

A fee will be applied if a package has to be intercepted for incorrect address or cancelation after shipping.

Defective Products

A defective product that is returned may be repaired or replaced at LithiumHub's sole discretion.

Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee will be applied when returns are processed outside the 30 Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
