Ionic 12v 100ah lithium batteries come equipped with a state-of-the-art Battery Management System (BMS) for safety reasons. This system helps ensure that your battery stays safe at all times. Controlled by a microprocessor, it monitors the main operating parameters while safely charging and discharging. That includes voltage, currents, and internal temperatures (and other things). For instance, if the internal temperature of your battery is below freezing, your LiFePO4 battery is “smart” enough to not accept a charge.

- Max charge current for our 12 volt lithium battery 100ah is 14.6V, with the maximum discharge voltage being 10.5V.
- The max charge current is 100A and the max discharge is 100A/500A(3s).
- Our 12V 100Ah battery works with solar chargers!
- Can be charged with most traditional lead-acid chargers. (Chargers that don’t have “Desulfate” mode. And provided the current levels do not exceed lithium battery charge specification.)
- You can charge your 12V 100Ah lithium battery with a standard lead-acid charger that achieves 14.4-14.6 volts.
- Chargers with a voltage of fewer than 13.6 volts will only charge at 50% capacity or less.
