Ionic Lithium LiFePO4 12V 2A Trickle Charger

It’s a smart trickle/maintenance charger — it delivers a lower charge current to keep a battery topped up during long periods of inactivity, like off-season storage for a motorcycle, UTV, lawn mower, or deep-cycle battery. It charges at constant current and voltage until full, then drops to float mode to hold the charge and maximize battery life.

It works with all of Ionic’s 12V Deep Cycle and Starter lithium batteries, and it can also charge 12V lead-acid batteries. It’s designed for individual 12V batteries or multiple 12V batteries connected in parallel.

Because it’s a 2A maintenance charger, charge times scale with battery size: about 4.5 hours for a 9Ah, 6 hours for a 12Ah, 10 hours for a 20Ah, and around 15 hours for a 30Ah battery. For faster full charges on larger batteries, a higher-amperage charger (like the 12V 4A or a multi-bank charger) is a better fit.

Yes — you can wire this charger in parallel to provide additional charging current to large battery systems. It’s designed for charging individual 12V lithium batteries and 12V lithium batteries connected in parallel. For big banks, though, it’s best as a maintainer; a higher-output charger will recharge them far faster.
