Ionic Lithium Deep Cycle 12 Volt 150Ah Battery with Heater
World Class Safety Features
The Ionic Deep Cycle Lithium Battery 12V150-EPH has 12 volts and a 150Ah capacity and is perfect for powering your deep cycle systems. You can use it as a starting – dual Lithium battery for 250hp engines. Ionic Deep Cycle has an internal microprocessor-controlled battery management system (BMS) that monitors the key operational parameters during charging and discharging, such as voltages, currents, and internal temperatures.
Ionic 12V 150Ah batteries used as starter batteries have been engineered to work with overcharging issues that different outboard marine motors have. “Ionic 12V 150Ah batteries used as starters batteries will work with outboard motors including Mercury and Yamaha.”
Built for Longer Lasting Reliable Power
The Ionic Deep Cycle Battery has a cycle life of 3,000 cycles or about 10 calendar years. Our lithium batteries have a usable capacity of 99% compared to 50-60% for traditional lead-acid batteries]. LithiumHub Deep Cycle batteries function in the widest range of temperatures with a discharge temperature range (Functional) of-4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°) and a charge temperature range of 32 to 113°F (0 to 45°C). This battery automatically detects if it’s too cold to take a charge.
The Ionic Lithium Deep Cycle line has the best weight-to-power ratio on the market
At 13.3” (L) x 7.3″ (W) x 8.5″ (H) and weighing only 33.1 lbs., the Ionic Lithium Deep Cycle 12V150-EPH has the best size-to-power ratio of any deep cycle battery on the market. Connectors: Dual 3/8-16 UNC Threads allow you to install the battery in any direction, unlike lead-acid batteries (they’re fixed). Ionic Lithium Deep Cycle Batteries’ monthly self-discharge rate is 1-3%. Compare that to lead-acid batteries’ about 30%. The recommended charge voltage is 14.2 V – 14.6 V, and the BMS Discharge Current Cut-Off voltage is 360A (5s). The Maximum Continuous Discharge Current is 100 A@25°C, and the Peak Discharge Current is 360A (5s). You can charge it with with solar chargers. You can charge it with most traditional lead-acid chargers that don’t have “Desulfate” mode, provided the current levels do not exceed lithium battery charge specification. A traditional lead-acid charger reaching 14.2 – 14.6 volts can fully charge the battery. Chargers that don’t exceed 13.6 volts will only charge the battery to 50% capacity or less.

The 150Ah Dual Purpose Battery w/ Heater is my 4th Ionic battery. The 3 100ah work flawlessly on my trolling motor, and I expect this one will also perform well. I am powering my front electronics from this battery, and it handles the load well. A 16", 2 12", Active Target, and 360 pull a lot of amps, and I have plenty of power remaining after a full 10-hour day. Delivery was super-fast, and the battery was a drop-in replacement of my AGM.
Starting with Jason, the sales manager, he was extremely helpful and ultimately sold me the battery. The battery is crazy light and installation was easy. I think I had a couple questions once I had it installed and the team was right there to answer. I use this battery as the main house battery. I went to an electric only lake and ran my entire boat all day plus 4 12” units, FFS, 360. Still had power at 60% at the end of the day. Thank you
So far so good. I run 2 Helix 12 graphs, Mega Live, 2 down riggers, live wells and radio and miscellaneous charging ports. Fished 7 hours first time out with it and had electronics on whole time and battery only dropped to 95% however once I run the main motor (Mercury 200hp) the battery gets charged back up. The bluetooth app is kind of spotty, sometimes it works and sometimes I have to try reconnecting by closing out app and reconnecting. Other than that all has been good.
Battery is installed and charged now with Bluetooth working as it should however, a battery this expensive should at the least have an integrated lifting strap.
In my case, I had to lower this battery into the rear battery compartment on a bass boat and it was quite difficult without a lifting strap. We’ll see it works once in service.
