The Ionic 48V 50Ah Lithium Deep Cycle Battery is one of the most advanced lithium deep cycle batteries available. These batteries have industry-breaking current output and regen capabilities, with a Max Discharge Continuous Current of 120A, a Peak Discharge Current of 350A (60s), and a BMS Cut-off of 650A (30ms). With a Max Charge Continuous Current of 120A, this battery is built for high-performance demands. For every battery you add in parallel (up to 4 modules), your available current and run time increase proportionally. The Lithium 48V 50Ah GC2 Battery is ideal for high power needs and deep cycle systems. Our Ionic batteries all feature an integrated microprocessor-controlled battery management system (BMS). Our advanced system monitors critical operating parameters such as voltage, current, & internal temperatures—functions vital for safe charging and discharging. With a BMS high-temperature cut-off at 149°F (65°C), your battery is protected even in the most demanding environments.
Need to connect more than one battery? No problem! Ionic deep cycle batteries can be connected in parallel, up to 4 modules, for incredible range. A single 48V 50Ah (52Ah/2662Wh actual) can expect an impressive range perfect for a day on the course. Add a second battery in parallel to double your capacity and distance.

Most lead-acid batteries have a usable capacity of 50-60%, meaning you have to charge them much more frequently. Ionic Lithium LiFePO4 batteries have a usable capacity of 99% with an ultra-low resistance of 23.0 mΩ. Talk about efficiency!
In addition, Ionic batteries perform better in temperature extremes. They can discharge between –20°C to 60°C (–4°F to 140°F) and charge between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F). If your battery is too cold to safely accept a charge (below 32°F), the BMS will automatically protect the cells.
