Dealer Policy

At LithiumHub, we are proud to offer dealer network access to our entire lineup of Ionic lithium batteries.

Wholesale dealers have access to discounted pricing when ordering from lithiumhub.com. To be eligible for these the dealer program and continue to receive the discounted pricing, dealers must commit to the following terms:

• You must have a physical location to sell products from
• Selling online only is not an option at this time
• You may list Ionic products on your website (if you also sell at your physical location)
• You may not solicit to potential customers on LithiumHub’s Facebook Ads
• When listing Ionic products on your website you may use the following information provided by LithiumHub.com:
  • Product specifications
  • Product bullet points
  • Product images (only standard product images found in the product carousel are eligible for use)
  • You may not use any copywriting or images found anywhere else on the site outside of what is listed above

As a member of the LithiumHub Dealer Program, you agree to abide by all of the following policies outlined above. Failure to do so can result in removal from the program.

Warranty Coverage for your customers:

In order to process warranties quickly and efficiently for your customers who come to us for warranty coverage, it's important to pass along your order number to them.  When a dealer orders batteries/chargers, LithiumHub’s order number must be passed to your customer for the warranty to be valid.  One approach to keep track of that is for the dealer to write the order number on the boxes when receiving them and passing that information to the customer.
